I'm done ever trying to take my car to the location at 1705 Sweetwater Rd, National City, CA I took a car there a few years ago and had a good experience but it's really gone down hill over the last year or so. The prices are insane and the wait times are ridiculous. I once was told it would be 6-8 hours for an oil change and there was only 1 other car in the shop. I just tried taking my car in for a check engine light and was told it would be a few hours before someone could look at it but the service techs had time to have a cook out on the grill that was inside the garage. I took it across the street and the estimate to look at it was half the price and half the wait time. After I dropped my car off at the other shop I stopped in the taco shop next door to get a bite to eat and noticed 2 guys from the Goodyear shop have time to come in and talk to the girl behind the counter. Odd that they can't service my car in a timely manner but they have time for cookouts and social visits to the taco shop next door.

last place I've seen with a hundred percent customer service worthy of much appreciate you guys helping us with the PT Cruiser bring it back to normal within 1 or 2 business days very nicely done will be back to turn up my VW Beatle!; )

This place is always very helpful. George always takes good care of me. I have a transportation company and change my oil every month. Always professional and very accommodating. Thanks

Went this morning had the worst customer service experience I literally had to leave the place and no effort of trying to help was made 👎🏻 Made me think it was a bad decision buying tires with them and getting the package with warranty couple months ago
