Perry Ford is where I get all my oil changes and parts for my car. Service department is extremely nice and respectful. I always feel welcome there. I have never had any issues with my service or experience.

My wife and I spent a day at perry ford shopping for explorers. The staff there took the time to show us all our options and didnt  pressure us.  Best car buying experience we've ever had.  Highly recommend  this dealership.

This was probably the WORST experiences I EVER had with a car dealership. They put new meaning in the words UNETHICAL and DISORGANIZED. My husband and I stopped by last week because we were looking for a car for our son. We had a specific price range  The sales person showed us a car that fit all of our criteria and after a test drive, we decided to purchase the car. We sat down and started to fill out the paperwork, when suddenly the sales person informed us that the car had been sold and was no longer available. 
     At that point in time, we requested that they do not run our credit report, as the paperwork had not been completed. No worries, he indicated, they were not going to run it and they were  going to make it up for not being able to sell us the car to us with a similar offer. To our dismay, he came back with a car and price that was $5,000 over our budget. After hours wasted  we left disenchanted as it became apparent that this dealership  uses bait tactics to lure customers in,  but  are unable to sell the cars at the prices they advertise. 
To make matter worse, when I checked my credit report on Credit Karma, I saw that Perry Ford had run a credit check, despite our request not to do so. Undeterred, they continue to call us. This Saturday, we were contacted by 3 different sales people  (who obviously don't talk to each other ) within  30 minutes of each others with offers that do not meet our criteria. (Advice: do not give them your contact info). One of them begged us a to give him another chance, that he would check the inventory and call us back within 90 minutes with another offer. Of course, he never called back....another broken promise. This is what Perry Ford looks like!!!

I bought my Ford Escape from the Perry company so I trusted them to be honest with me when my car was having problems starting.  That was a big mistake.  They stuck me with a massive bill and now after doing more research, found they overcharged me considerably.  I've now spent all my vacation funds and they've even now tainted my desire to ever buy a Ford again, let alone any other vehicles from Perry locations.

I am reviewing my experience at the auto services of Perry Ford. All the personal was very nice, I spoke with Renato who offered great service, he listen and gave me a set time for me to pick up my car. He called to check in and let me know my car would be ready before the time he had originally told me. The gave me a ride back to work and they even washed my car and detailed it. Amazing service. First shop I go to that I feel like they cared that I understood what my car was getting and why and that they didn't take advantage simply because I am a female. I greatly recommend it.
