I have been going to Dr. Witmer since I was a baby. My parents moved to his area 30 years ago and we have only ever seen this dentist. My mother, who has always had chronic tooth problems, has seen him religiously every 6 months for 30 years. He has helped her though tooth abscesses, fillings and numerous crowns, and even worked diligently to get her help when a tooth abscessed while we were on a family vacation to CA. He makes excellent referrals (my family has been very happy with our orthodontists and oral surgeons).

His 2 hygienists are extremely nice and do a very thorough job. Dr. Witmer is also very pain conscious. He HATES oral pain, so he tries very hard to make you comfortable. If you are scared of the dentist or want more Novocain for a filling, just let him know, he is more than willing to accommodate. 

Even after I moved to MD, my husband and I make the 40 min drive just to see him.
