Horrible procedure of calling the 480 number and having to leave a voicemail to schedule a hearing to have your vehicle that was wrongly impounded because the stupid MVD can't do their jobs correctly. They then schedule your hearing after they randomly call you back from a unknown number and if you don't answer the exact time they call, you have to call back to leave another voicemail. Other than that no complaints

Called about a loud party at midnight!?, officer came and shut it down within 10 minutes! Thank you my family can sleep again.

Typical substation.  You never actually see any police like downtown.
I walk the breezeway out front 3-4 times a week, it's a bit disgusting that the 'public' side of the building is so neglected.  Walls are full of cobwebs, years of dust and dirt from storms, Windows have not been washed for several years.  Kind of sad.
