Just wanted to take a minute to say how pleased I was with Groff's service and professionalism.  We moved from Colorado to PA and used the full packing and transport service.  John and Dave were absolute pros. Stacey always answered the phone when I called and was always helpful.  Perhaps the most telling experience is that months after our move we received a check in the mail for around $250 from C.E. Groff with a letter simply stating that they had realized, after an internal audit, that we were slightly over-charged based off the weight of our shipment and they were refunding us the difference.  Who does that? They didn't have to.  I highly recommend calling for any moving/transport needs.

My move late September was horrific! Obviously the time taken to acquire an estimate was a waste of time. The truck sent, ran out of room and I was forced to shove boxes into my SUV. I am thankful for my realtor, Jennifer Augustine and my buyer's realtor Donnie Todd who helped me move my things to new house.  It has taken me this long to recuperate physically and mentally.  If there is a next move, I will get a uhaul truck and hire laborers instead of Charles Geoff & Sons!  I am being kind in my rating of 3 stars.
The men from this moving company were excellent and tried their best to make my move less stressful and for that I applaud their efforts.

Always Pros, Always Careful.  I've used Groff's for my business and home moves since the 1990s!  They are fantastic. Using them again next month.  Message me anytime for a reference.

I was referred to use this company.  I put in a direct request from their site at the same time i requested for multiple quotes on another site. I received many quotes in a very short time but ended up having to call Goeff for a quote.  Dear Mr Goeff the person answering the phone needs a lesson in customer service.   She was not helpful at all and i agree with another person a bit rude. Note: i called with the prenotion that the other person was probably just being too demanding. I barely asked a couple questions and felt like i was bothering her. I didn't even ask for a quote. I can't help to think i am not the only potential customer you have lost.

I had a terrible experience with this company.  I booked them a month in advance and was given an 11-2 window for pickup.  2pm came and went with no call from the company or explanation of any kind.  I started to wonder if I had the wrong day written on my calendar.  I called the manager to find out why the truck was running late and when I could expect them,  she was the most unprofessional employee.  Her name was Stacy Vuxta and she could not have been more disrespectful and unhelpful.   The truck finally showed up more than 3 hours late.  Beware when hiring this company, confirm and reconfirm every detail up front.
