My parents sent me a bunch of furniture from Arizona to Pennsylvania. The trip took 8 days. Pick up and drop off of the Pod was quick and easy and on time to the hour on both ends. The total cost was very reasonable - I shopped around, believe me!  I am very satisfied with the overall experience and I feel like I got a great value. Customer service was very friendly and access to information on their website though their customer portal was accurate and useful.

Terrible delivery experience.  We were told the ETA would be 7:30 to 10:30.  Did not show up.  Called a little after 10:30 and was told it would be between 11 and 1.  This representative told me it would definitely be there between 11 and 1.  He never mentioned anything about it not being a guaranteed time.  Still did not show up.  Called again and was told this is just an estimate and there is never a guarantee of what time it will get there.  I understand this is just an estimate but how hard would it be to at least provide a courtesy call to the customer informing them that there delivery time has been delayed.  Or better yet, don’t even tell the customer a window of time and just let them know it could be at any point during the day.  At least that way you aren’t wasting 3 hours of your day waiting for something that may not arrive until 8 hours later.  After this experience, we will never use PODS again.

Called for a quote on moving my wife and I's  furniture to our new house and the salesman wouldn't let me off the phone without giving my credit card information, very pushy and got to the point of him being rude and inquiring about my financial situation. Needless to say I had to eventually cut him off and  just hang up, which I don't like doing but I was left no choice. I will be using a different moving company due to Marty's lack of customer service. If you like to deal with an extremely pushy and rude sales force then my all means choose PODS.

We had our kitchen and living room renovated last summer. The project took a couple of months and we didn't want to store all of our living room and kitchen furniture in our garage. We decided to have a pod delivered to store all of our furnishings. The pod was delivered on time and with a very courteous and professional driver. The pod was clean and water tight. We had a number of rainstorms and our furniture stayed dry. The pick-up was the same as the delivery. (On time and with a professional/polite driver) The cost was well worth and it I would use them again and highly recommend them.
