This is the second time I have used CRM to help me move my son. Any time I have called, I've reached an actual person, not a recording. Anyone that I have spoken to has been very personable and helpful. Scheduling the moves was quick and easy. On the appointed days, the men showed up on time and went to work quickly and efficiently. The first move was from a fourth floor walk up on a hot day. The guys did it all without complaint.(I complained and whined a lot, I was hot and miserable). The move went smoothly. The second move had a couple of stops, pick-ups and drop-offs. Again, all done seamlessly, by awesome guys. Everything arrived in the same condition that it was picked up in. On the second move, some things went to a storage unit. The guys took the time to pack the space so efficiently for us that we actually had some extra room. Very impressive. Great guys, awesome service and a good price. I absolutely recommend Charles River Movers and will definitely call them any time I need a mover.

This is a family business run by a really caring and honest guy. I've had great experiences with them whenever I've had occasion to and would recommend. They have a somewhat informal vibe but I enjoy that in this day and age. Moves are done efficiently and to spec. No complaints here.

This was the first time I had used packers & movers for my move. previously I used to do it myself. The move required 3 men and Troy, Neil and Brandon came to the rescue. These guys were polite and friendly. It took 3 hours to complete the move and they were quick and did everything perfectly. They made sure to put rugs on the floor of my new house so that the carpet won't get dirty. It was actually raining during the move but that didn't stop these guys. I would definitely recommend Charles movers to anyone.

This is the ONLY moving company that answers their phone /returns a call (NOT VM), even after regular business hours!!!! Not only that, they hooked up my TV,DVD so that I could unpack which is of course, extremely stressful, and the guys didn't have to even do that! I have moved multiple times.....once even called last minute (Friday @5pm...their trucks were in my driveway Monday @ 8:30)!!!! Those guys even had to take my front door off to accommodate my couch, rock stars, they are!!!! I would Never consider using anyone else, EVER!!!!

5 Stars!* Charles River Movers orchestrated a transfer of furniture flawlessly. Efficient, professional, personable - a rare combination in this day and age. Arno and Bill - THANK YOU. *I couldn't figure out how to make a 5-star-graphic, but CRM earned 5 stars!
