The rudest service I’ve ever had in a Charlotte Russe. I asked a young woman if they had a dress out that they had in the window and her response was “I don’t know” and then walked away. Then when I found 2 dresses that I liked, I waited at the register for about 5 minutes while the 2 coworkers that I saw there were just standing there talking and not helping anyone. So I walked over to them and asked if they could hold the dresses for me and the response I got was “well are you actually going to come back or not?”. I’m a PAYING customer and you’re going to ask me if I’m going to come back and if I said anything other than yes you just weren’t going to put it on hold for me? I worked at a Charlotte Russe near my hometown and that would have never happened. I’m very disappointed with the service that the Charlotte Russe in Exton PA gives. So much for “the answer is always yes” for their staff.
