I purchased two suits here and the initial associate that helped me (Frank) was very courteous and helpful. I needed the suits by a certain date and they committed to having them ready by the day before. There was a miscommunication where I was told that the suits were ready a day early when they were not. The following day I picked up the suits and wanted to try them on. Both sets of pants were hemmed too short and one set was dirty. My decision was to take the suits as is because of my deadline. To top it off, an associate questioned my intentions when I was trying on the suits and barged past me and into the dressing room to check that the suits had been paid for. He tried to laugh it off, but in the end he looked like the fool. If someone is going to purchase suits here I would recommend that at a minimum you have them altered by a professional. A local tailor fixed my pants and was disappointed by the work done by the MW tailor.

I first walked in here a few days ago for the first time, there was a little wait since they were busy. However, Chris gave me the best experience I have ever had at a clothing store. Usually I'm not a big fan of clothing stores but he took the extra time to make sure everything I got had the perfect fit on me. Again today I went here and was greeted by Chris who remembered me and took the time to make sure I had another great experience. I will be coming back again!! Sidenotes: The rest of the staff is friendly as well. Prices are more than fair and the deals they currently have going on are great.

Spent nearly $2000, and needed the suits ready by a specific time for an extremely important occasion. Simple job. Needless to say, they couldn't even accomplish the most basic prerequisite - having my suits ready on time. I highly recommend using this store if you'd like your vacation delayed. Or - if you want to deal with a company that doesn't provide any re-compensation for their utter and absolute failures, you definitely want to use this store.

Terrible. There were about 8 employees and 2 customers. As soon as I walked in a gentleman took me straight to the back and retrieved the pre-ordered tux and told me to try on the pants and shirt. After which I walked out to see if the fit was good. After standing there for a couple odd minutes, as the employees talked about today's football games and such, I asked one of the ladies for assistance. She acted as though I had just interrupted her personal time.... needless to say I went back to the dressing room tried on my jacket and walked out again, I didn't dare to ask an employee for assistance and of course wasn't offered any, packed up the suit paid and fled.

Ordered wrong jacket, then it came in later so i had to drive all the way back. Then had to come back again for taylor, once more for pick up A DAY BEFORE THEN EVENT. furthmore they argue that there was no notes for my vest or suspenders. 👎👎👎👎 i dont recommend them for your wedding event. Jist saying.
