Management needs to work on their hiring. I was in there this afternoon and there were only three maybe four people working in the entire store completely overwhelmed. To top that off every single one of them were incredibly rude to the customers. I understand that they were working shortstaffed, but they were completely oblivious to the 30 minute wait at the registers as the yawned and chitchatted with one another and made fun of the customers while checking them out. I really find this to be a management issue.  I called to leave a message with management, but got left in an endless loop of music and saying I was being transferred. So, I tried to see what positions they were hiring for just out of curiosity… And they were only hiring for logistics!!  maybe that’s the issue. I just can’t imagine that they can’t find good courteous help. I honestly wanted to give the young lady behind the counter a serious lesson in what customer service is about. But I didn’t want to hold up the rest of the store.

Quick effortless generally well run store, of course it isn't always perfectly folded, but the staff seems to want to make sure clients find what they want! Great location and service!
