I had gone earlier in the summer for concert clothes and was helped by a girl named Alex. She got me the cutest looks and worked really hard to get me the best price. I went again to get ready for music midtown. I thought Alex would be there to help. Instead I was helped by a guy named Tyler. He was rude, condescending, and even told me my clothing size was "too large." I will NEVER shop there again!! Alex was great, Tyler, not so much.

Worst customer service ever, their sales associates gives false information. Would never recommend a friend to this store

If you can’t freely try on the clothes, there is no point in setting up a shop. Poor customer service. Merchandise is good though. Will not return.

Always love Express. Have never had a bad customer experience here, always greeted well and whenever I needed help, was given good assistance.
