Came in to exchange an item (without receipt) that was priced and purchased at $19.99 but when scanned it came up as $1.45. Manager tried to work with me with an exchange needed , but was unable to do so since I needed to find one item that was $19.99 or more. I was willing to get two $11.99 items and pay the difference, but they were unwilling to do that. I was explained over the phone I could easily make an exchange.
