I love zumiez when ever i need clothes i just go there i like there clothes and its just a really chill place

It was terrible. I never received my order. I even paid 50 dollars for shipping for it not to be delivered. I will not be shopping at Zumiez ever again. The worst customer service ever, they have no empathy for your situation. No I'm out 150 and no shoe. I will be posting this on all online reviews for other customers.

My cashier was VM0522 and he is the WORSE employee I've ever dealt with! No customer service skills WHATSOEVER, didn't greet, didn't talk to me at all, just took my card, made me sign the receipt and that was all! He should be working in the back!

Just walked in for the first time today. (Just killing time)
Walked out with 8 new shirts.
Very cool store!  Really liked sales people.
