Love this store. Love the staff. They are like my personal clothier. Eager to help with a smile. Not pushy and very knowledgeable. They will even order something in my size from another store. Kyle the new manager is awesome and eager to help in any way. The last manager was the same. Buckle is doing something right with their staff and hiring. Never had a bad experience here. Free Alterations in store. 👍

Shopping at Buckles in the Altamonte Mall is always such a pleasure. Of course, Buckles seems to always have the coolest clothing, jeans, shoes and accessories for both men and women. But what makes Buckles of Altamonte Mall so unique is their friendly and attentive staff who have the ability to make each person who walks in the store feel special. One shining star among this great staff is Ryan! With the personality and looks of a young Matthew McConaughey, he not only remembers my name, my size, and my own individual taste when I walk in the store, he remembers previous purchases I have made for not only myself, but for my man, as well. He takes the time to search for merchandise in my size for me to try, and helps me put together unique outfits that truly reflect my personality. Thank you, Ryan, and the rest of the Buckle staff, for making shopping enjoyable, and making your customers feel so special.
