Usually this is were I get all my gifts from. Today the service I received was very unusual. I had to almost beg the young lady that was helping me to make sure the gifts looked presentable, something that I had never had to ask because it was expected. I left without gift receipts, because she wasn't able to print those out, and with 3 unprepared large bags for 3 single pairs of earrings for three different people because she was short on bags and wanted to save the small ones for future customers.
I'm completely disappointed and upset on how the service was rendered today.
