if you're looking for a previously worn dress that was returned after being used, this is the place to go. I purchased 3 different dresses as I was unsure of what color/style to wear for an out of town wedding I was attending. I tend to procrastinate so I bought the three dresses the night before the wedding and figured I'd decide which one I'd wear when I packed. I decided to go with one dress that I packed into my garment bag and wore to the wedding only to realize that there was a huge iron mark across my butt!!! Since I bought them in a hurry I didn't inspect every inch of the dress like I should have. I come back from my trip and try to return the other two dresses I didn't wear and they won't return one of them because it showed signs of being previously worn across the bottom of the skirt. Of course it does! Point out one dress in the dress department without a return ticket on it! Point is, they're able to take back dresses with huge iron marks and those with clear signs of use and resell it without a problem but then make it look like you're the one who wore it and are trying to return it. LESSON LEARNED. DO NOT BUY UNLESS IT HAS NO RETURN STICKER ON IT!!!

I went to westland mall and I received the poor experience ever at Macys.my wife and me we went to Dior because she was using the brand since 1 year ago. First: The manager doesn't speak english i think her name is Lux or Luz. my wife speak english and the manager told her I HAVE TO LEARN SPANISH, that's not the problem, the manager starts talkin about the price TODAY and the discount tomorrow if we accept to come back next day, We said Not because we was needing the cream today, She was insisting about wait until tomorrow because a event or somethink like that.. after 3 times saying NOOO she told my wife "your husband is not Smart"(in spanish because she doesnt speak englishn and I dont understand a manager....) Finally: we didnt buy Nothing and we come back to channel....bye bye Dior Bad Experience and very dissapointment with the representative who says she is the manager, older woman but she is not respecting the customers.

If I could put 0 Stars I would. Do NOT shop here unless you enjoy being ignored and treated rudely by employees that won't bother with you if you don't speak spanish. I attempted to spend $300 in the Michael Kors section, but was ignored so I left. I then called the store the next day to see if someone working could place the items I needed that were locked on the rack to prevent theft making it impossible for me to purchase without the assistance of a sales person. No one would answer the phone. I called several departments. Nothing. After 8 calls I got the shoe department, the guy took my phone number and said he would call me right back. I never heard from him. Instead I called Boca Raton store, everyone answered the phone, assisted me with professionalism and were very polite and helpful. So I ended up spending $500 there. Will never shop at the Westland Mall or ever attempt to call there again.

Great place! Always organized, and the Clinique stands are much appreciated! Great brands are stationed inside, and they usually offer good clearance deals! Good quality products all the way!
