I've had numerous experiences with Charme Bridal & Prom and every single one has been wonderful! My first experience here was picking out our bridesmaid dresses for my brothers wedding and the staff was helpful, friendly and patient with all 7 of us :) Next, I got to shop for my own bridal gown and the experience was like a fairy tale! Vicki totally got my 'vibe' and helped guide my bridesmaids to selections that fit me like a glove. My dress was a vision of beauty!!! Next, I came back to get my bridesmaids suited up and the amazing staff patiently helped another group of ladies get into gowns everyone loved. Recently, I was back at Charme Bridal to help my mom pick out her gown for my brother's wedding and everything from picking out the dress, to the alterations, to the final fitting was easy and professionally done. Special kudos to the alteration department - they do quality work!!

Charme Bridal is the absolute best! I went here for my sister-laws dress shopping and my own! Each time they were amazing! They have so many different styles and designers. They helped me find out what I really wanted in a dress and were determined to find the perfect one for me and they did!! They also have a huge selection of bridesmaid, mother of the bride and mother of the groom dresses! It was my one stop shop for all of my bridal party! I will definitely be recommending them to all of my friends!

Charme was the first bridal shop I went to and it was an amazing experience. Vicki was great and I highly recommend you see her if you can! She was so sweet and helpful and made us feel so comfortable. I wouldn't have found my dress without her help! I went to another shop after and had a terrible experience so I knew I wanted to go back to Charme and purchase my dress. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I honestly wouldn't even give this place 1 star. They are so unprofessional. They won't get you what you ask for. when your bride is upset about the color not matching the swatch tHe store had they won't fix anything. When I called to complain they OWNER hung up on me! So unprofessional!

I am working with a bride as her coordinator and she went to this shop and ordered a dress a few weeks ago. A sales associate told her at the time of purchase that the dress would be delivered in 3 weeks. When they sent a confirmation email, it said delivery in 3 months which wouldn't give her enough time to have the dress altered before her wedding date. The dress hasn't been shipped yet and is not a custom piece, so I called yesterday to cancel the order and get her a refund, but I had a terrible experience! The store manager Jen got on the phone and was nasty (even saying her sales associate would NEVER say that when both the bride and her MOH confirm that she most certainly did!) I wouldn't recommend purchasing your dress here. Finding, purchasing, and altering a dress is a long process where a good rapport with the staff that will be assisting you is a must- the staff at Charme seem happy to take your money, but have zero follow-through.
