Kohl's Hamilton Mill

Rude management. I went in for some very last minute Christmas shopping and was asked at the door if I was going to be done shopping By closing time. We say yes with enough conviction to be allowed past the management team guarding the doors. In the 5 minutes it took to buy our item we were approached by three sales associates warning us that "the registers were shutting down right at closing and that they needed to get home to their families". Trust me, I need to get back to my family too. We waited in line at checkout and a sweet sales associate opened a register to get the line moving along. The same manager who confronted us at the door coming in didn't even acknowledge us after our family wished her a merry Christmas. Long story short, it's never ok to be rude and manipulating to customers.

Love shopping at Kohl's. They always go that extra mile for their customers. Friendly, helpful and fair. Can't beat their prices and discounts anywhere.

Our visit was quick-sale prices clearly marked, everyone was attentive to us, and we checked out with no wait! We were very pleased with our entire visit.

Nice fashionable clothes with reasonable prices. I love to shop for my grandchildren here. My 8 yr old granddaughter loves the line of clothing they carry. They have great choices for my grandsons too.
