You are watched like a hawk as if they assume you are going to shoplift. I was shopping yesterday with my son and stroller and I couldn’t carry a shoe box I attended to purchase(because I couldn’t carry shoebox and push a stroller at the same time) I asked the employee where I can store these shoes  while I continue to shop. She said they will be right here(on a desk area right next to the shoe rack) I told her my name and she didn’t write it down next to the box or anything. I go back to the area as I am about to purchase my items and what do you know?? The  shoe box is gone. She pages her manager(a black male) asking if he has put back a pair of shoes. He says no. All she had to say was sorry. Who leaves an item that acustomer wants unidentified right next to the shoe rack?? To top it all off. This morning I was going through my purchased items, mind you my purchase was over $100, and my jewelry was not in my bag. I remember the cashier wrapping it up in tissue paper, but it was not put in my bag. The cashier probably just forgot to put in it my bag. I have been on and off the phone with “management” for 3 hours. My last phone attempt I was speaking to a female manager who was very rude and hung up quite abruptly. Mind you the store closes in an hr and 15min and I would like my jewelry to wear tomorrow. 

Nice selection of clothes. HORRIBLE customer service. Don’t shop online either, your shoes will come worn as if you purchased them from a consignment shop. I wish I was able to upload the photo.

One of my favorite stores. The selection is ever changing and the prices are awesome. Great customer service, alterations and return policy.

You get lucky finding some good designer clothes. But one thing, y'all need to fire this one African Black Man with glasses that work there. I don't know this rude man name but all I can say is he hangs by the men department section constantly being rude to all the customers. One day I wanted to try on some True Religion Jeans & this African man literally said to me rude that I shouldn't try it on cause I can't "afford it" But seriously, that one African worker with the glasses needs to be fired asap cause I seen every customer he encountered that he treated them all rude.
