Went for an oil change and tire rotation yesterday. The good news is that it only took 2 hours versus my last visit there. I also had to pick up 2 items I ordered online. I used the store check in and to my great surprise my items were ready and presented quickly when I got to the pickup desk. I also did some shopping while waiting on my car. I didn't check the receipt as I normally do before leaving. When I got home I discovered that I had been double charged for a ham at 14.22. I called Customer Service to explain and was told to bring the receipt in and I would be issued a refund for the over charge. I went back today and was promptly refunded. I gave this visit a 3 because of the fact that I had to make an extra trip there for the refund. This isn't the first time this has happened at a Walmart store so I normally watch as items are being rung up. I think they make a lot of extra profit this way by folks not paying attention to their receipts. I will definitely look the next time before leaving.

Store a has a lot of stuff. The pricing is good but the quality of the non food items is poor. But I guess you get what you pay for. The food has some lower pricing than other stores around. This store is always busy during the day.

The prices at this Walmart were higher than the regular Walmart I shop at. One of my items rung up higher than the sticker price. The sales associate fixed it without any issues. I definitely will not be buying here unless it is an emergency. No other real complaints.

The store is fine. The auto service couldn't be worse. Mechanics are lazy do not want to help you. Put tires on sons car could not get them balanced after 3 attempts had to pay another store to get right . Tried to get a battery was told over hour wait although no other customers were in the bays. The auto service department is a joke I could go on with more issues. I guess you get what you pay for.

They do a good job at keeping the store stocked, especially considering the number of customers they serve. They keep the store clean. Best of all, I hardly ever wait in line to check out. They have a lot of self checkout and usually have a good number of employees to checkout as well. The only reason they do not receive a 5 star rating is because of their customer service center. They are often understaffed in this area, and it creates a long wait time. They offer a lot of services in this area, not just returns. Sometimes they only have one person working the area, and there is often a loooong line.
