Branch manager, Mary wasted my time today. Over 20min she took to read the bank policies in front of me because she had no idea of the rules ! Absolutely horrible attitude and zero knowledge. How is it possible to be so clueless and become a bank manager ? It beats me . When you hold such title, I expect you to know basic rules instead of using my time to learn them. She had absolutely no idea !
wasted 10mins looking like an idiot trying to get access to the ATM. Does not work. Don’t show up after business hours. What a joke.
I pass two chases to come to this bank. Mary, the branch manager is very helpful and her staff are amazing.
This is an amazing branch with truly best professionals, who helped me a lot with all the necessary paperwork required to make an account for me and my kids. Even the most complicated request to help with establishing an account for disability payments was done within 10 min. Thank you Argin, thank You Aghavni, Thanks to all team!
Branch manager Mary having fun after work with “vip”customers! How this kinda managers can work for Chase?? How you let this happening Jake?? Change your branch manager so she can’t play with your reputation Jake!
Won’t return with so many other branches in the area. Painfully slow complete with the requisite manager pacing around pretending to look busy all the while the line grows and grows - which is no fault of the TWO tellers they have stationed, you know out of the EIGHT teller windows available. Oh, and while I appreciate the speed of the teller, part of that I think is because she spoke all of two words to me the entire time.
All staff, from bankers to managers, pretend to wear a mask leaving their nose out. The femal bankers are pretty warm and friendly, but I worked with the male banker who isn't at all. I withdraw some cash, that guy just gave me money and receipt without saying anything. No "anything else?" or "here you go", not mention " have a good day". Fine!
Staff of that branch should work in fields not with people. Especially that guy Andranik the name, I wonder how such a ugly unprofessional person getting a job in that big bank.
This bank has shady bankers working for them. They will tell you everything you want to hear just to make sure you open a account with them. The banker told me 3 years ago when if I opened a business account I would also get a free checking account and also I would be able to get free cashier checks when needed. But now I am being charges $8 bucks for each check. When I tell the tellers at other banks they tell me nothing like that exists and that the banker told you wrong info. So I would think twice before opening a account at this branch.
Literally none of the bankers or managers in their open cubicles were wearing masks. They have a mask sign at the door and we have a mask mandate in LA county. Completely disgusted and disappointed with the lack of caring, or safety standards. They obviously do not care about their customers or their community. Only the tellers were wearing mask. I will never step foot in this branch again.
