We have used this bank for two years. They are always friendly and go out of their way to get to you promptly either inside or with the drive through.  They are rarely very busy which is a nice plus!

I have never had a bad experience here! Great people who still care about customer service. Love this bank and it's in Manitou! Nice to not have to travel out of Manitou to do everyday errands!

Very small isnide and had people trying to cut me in line. The bankers were so slow and on top of that, they refused to cash my check from a client that banks with them. Went to the centennial branch and had no problems. Don't waste your time at this chase bank in Manitou springs, colorado.

They're alright. I think if I had account there they may have been nicer. Didn't seem to thrilled to be helping me when they found out I didn't bank with them. Also... Ive been there many times and not once has anyone EVER asked me if I'd be interested in opening an account with them.... Hmmm, odd isn't it?

Be sure to close your windows while you're in the drive thru. An employee told my boss that my boyfriend and I were arguing while I was in the drive thru. We were arguing over a vacation. I know it's a small town, but this location needs to keep it professional. Service is slow and there's hardly ever pens/deposit & withdrawal slips/ etc available. This location is 0.3 miles away from my job & home, and I now drive an additional 15 minutes to avoid it.
