My teller Aaron/Erin?, started my morning with a great smile, the utmost patience and professionalism. She inquired about my business and made me feel like more than just a customer. I felt like an important business partner with Chase. Her smile, and confidence was contagious, and hope that I'm able to carry that over to my clients this morning.

The tellers are decent, but on my last few visits, there was only one teller available and line was 5-6 people long.  Trying too hard to make people use the inside ATM's.

Used to be fast and friendly, then they put a machine in the lobby and closed two windows. At best their is a single tellar working. Still friendly, but in the last three months I have not gotten through line in under 15 minutes.
