Seriously, this is the best bank I've ever dealt with! I'm not there in person all that often, but I am always greeted by name. Any banking problem I have had (not their fault) has always been handled with a smile and "no problem". Haven't had any (their fault) problems.

If Huntington was the only bank I'd stuff my money in my mattress! I hope and pray with every last breath this financial institution goes out of business! They were charging overdraft fees by rearranging transactions to deduct the larger transactions first (disregarding purchase dates/times) and causing all your small purchases to have overdraft fees. They weren't deducting the money in the order you purchased things. A couple years back when I was struggling to make it by financially week to week the way they rearranged my transactions they caused me $200 in overdraft fees for purchases totalling about $30 becuase they took my larger transactions out first so my $5 purchases each got a $37 overdraft fee. When I spoke with the manager he refused to work with me. Not only did he tell me they wouldn't reverse any of the overdraft fees but also if I didn't pay them within 7 days I would be charged an additional $10 a day till I payed the fees. This was especially bad since i got paid every two weeks. They wouldnt close the account until I paid the fees. Once I could afford the fees I closed my account immediately. I jumped for joy the day I received the letter saying there was a class action lawsuit against them for their shady practices!! At least I got a little money back when they lost the lawsuit for scamming people already down on their luck. Think about it... what other reason was there to rearrange transactions other than to screw people out of their hard earned money. I'd have paid less interest to a loan shark! I'd give these crooks zero stars if I could. Use a different bank, seriously!!
