Disappointed with hours.  Give people jobs. Be open ALL DAY on Saturday.  Be open until 6PM ALL WEEK.  I shouldn't have a hold on MY MONEY being deposited.

The loan officer Peter Mol is really a terrible officer. He never got back to me about my loan or what's going on with it. He had never processed my loans or anything. At least tell me a yes or no if the loan will work or not. I spent 450 on the appraisal for everything and now after 10 months he tells me to restart my whole loan again. I am very disappointed on what the officer did and never took action on it. I just want people to be aware of this. Thank you.
