The people at this branch are very friendly. All I did was drop off a deposit at the drive through; I was great warmly and treated well. 

I have worked in customer service for about 10 years now and I always can recognize great customer service!

I currently bank with chase and have had MANY issues with overdraft fees being processed after deposits, waiting weeks to process payments and incurring overdraft charges once it's advantageous for them to do so. They are only after profit and the only reason I haven't left yet is because they keep my account in the red. Credit Unions won't accept me until I pay off a closed account at a now nonexistent credit union.

The customer service here was absolutely sickening. I work for a bank that prides ourselves in customer service and finding options for the customers. When they couldn't do something for me they gave me attitude and I had to eventually fish for my own options.

Worst location I've ever been to. They tried to charge me for a blank check to my own account after being told I'm entitled to 3 a year for free. Get your act together if you want my business and my money.
