people in line no acknowledgment no thank you for waiting. When i did bring it to there attention I've been literally waiting in line for 20min and i was next they do u directed me to another branch instead of saying sorry for the wait. Or thank you. Customer Service was a big fail!! To the comment below, Tanya wasnt there when i went. US Bank needs more training

Taunya, the manager, is the smartest and most effective person in banking to my knowledge. Her branch constantly over achieves, providing all the services of a 'traditional' branch while knowing my first name.

Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service! The employees and the "manager" at this branch are the most rude, condescending, incompetent bank workers I have ever encountered. This company has now had 2 FTC complaints from me for charging me illegal overdraft fees that they refused to remove. They double authorized my account, then when they removed the authorization they charged me 4 over draft fees (illegally) on purchases that had not gone through yet. The only reason the account was negative is because of their illegal activity. Horrible customer service once the FTC resolves this I will NEVER do business with this bank again. Absolutely embarrassing service if you can even call it that.
