Make sure that ALL your employees follow ALL POLICIES for EVERY CUSTOMER.  You can't just follow them for some of the customers and not the others, especially if they (the customers) know each other and/or work together.  Make sure ALL employees are ready to give the REAL explanation for policies and don't beat around the bush.  Also, if you don't speak Spanish, be prepared to learn as everyone there speaks Spanish.  I shouldn't have to learn Spanish to go to the bank.  I will drive further just to avoid this specific location.  I do not recommend this location to anyone.  I would say fire everyone and start fresh, this location is a joke.

This location never answers their phones! I have needed to call to ask a simple question multiple times recently but no mater what day of the week or what time of day it is, their phone just rings and rings until finally it switches over to their 1-800 automated service which doesn't help at all when you have specific questions for the branch that you had just visited! I tried calling another location down the street just to see if they would answer and they answered on the 2nd ring! I visit multiple branches all over the valley and this has always been the only location that I actually dread going to! There are plenty of bankers standing around to greet you when you walk in and ask you questions just to end up telling you that "the next available teller will be right with you" so I'm not sure why one of them can't answer the phone...

If you're going to have a merchant only window and line don't have your merchant window skip over me three times in a row. I understand you have your "valued customers" who you have to keep happy. But don't treat your merchant customers like crap.

EDIT: Once again extremely unimpressed with the way this mall treats merchants. I was waiting for 20-30 minutes for them to get to me because they feel the need to help ALL other customers before acknowledging the merchant line.
