Very poor policy's.   I like Chase just not this branch.  I go once a week for them to tell me about "policy's" only this branch adheres to. I have had to drive to a different location every time to do what there branch Regards as "policy".  Thank you for nothing Walden rd chase.  Please keep in mind if you ever want someone in OUR area to deposit money 💰 in your account it won't be easy.  Multiple policy's that branch ONLY demands.  Sad but true WOODFOREST ROCKS!!!

Horrible branch. I have Chase but my mom wanted to switch . This location is the worst. The guy had a attitude and seemed like he didn't want to be there.

Horrible place. They do NOT care about you and will not help. Said they were going to defer my mortgage payment after Hurricane Harvey and now I find out that nothing has been deferred and I will owe a balloon payment of over $3000 dollars come Dec. 1. Wow Chase Bank you lied to me when I called right after the Hurricane. Thanks for nothing.
