the worst bank to which I have gone, the person in charge was in bad character if you do not like your job, you should look for another

Meet with representative and provided all materials to apply for a loan. A week later the Mortgage banker call us and says that he'd like to process our loan once we provide him our information - the same information that copies were made during the meeting a week earlier. I explained this, and he said that he'd find the stuff and get back with an answer. SIX WEEKS LATER and still nothing. I send an email and no reply.

Very unprofessional of them and I fear that my confidential information was lost and possibly available to be misused. 

Pleasant to speak with, but if they cannot be trusted to perform their job or communicate, why take the risk!

In and out quickly. Staff is very professional & polite. Also, starting June 27th, 2016 NEW Lobby & DRIVE-THRU (yes, drive-thru per the teller and brochure they're currently handing out to clients) hours of operation are Mon-Fri 9am-5pm and Saturday 9am-12pm.
