Big fail, Chase. I went in this branch to change my name after a legal name change. Spent over an hour. Filled out all the papers, and they told me the new card with my new name would arrive soon. The card arrived... with my OLD name on it. I have no words for this lack of competence. Now I have to do this all over again. Don't waste my precious time, Chase. Idiots - can't even get a name change right!

Always a long wait, only 2 tellers working at any time on any day. Employees are not trained in company policy and give incorrect information. 6 days ago I withdrew $1000 with no issues. Today I was asked for 2 forms of identification and literally wasted my whole lunch break trying to resolve it. I decided in the end to close my account and will be happy to give my business to literally anyone else. Honestly, hiding my money in a strangers mattress would be smarter than trusting anyone in this establishment.

Horrible typical Vegas Services 
Been meaning to write review....2 months ago I went through drive thru as I was looking for quick service. Teller took my card and ID, 20 minutes went by, teller said she’s helping people inside first and left me once again to wait longer.
I ended up pulling out of drive thru and went inside to get my cards.

Ashley is amazing every single time, I must say she makes it a pleasant visit each time. I had a 12:00am appointment she saw me at 11:10 and I was done in 30mins.

I love Chase Bank overall.   However this branch needs some serious managerial help.   Current staffing does not match the demand of business needs. My husband went here 2 weeks ago and came home so frustrated.  Yesterday I came home exasperated.  Overwhelmed with a migraine.  My day was officially shot. All I had to do was put cash in my family members account so they could eat.  If it were something different I would have left like a lot of others did. Just horribly understaffed.
