U.S. Bank is a decent bank overall they can be rude at times, mostly customer service not the store location. This branch had a problem with counting a little loose change. They insist you roll it up first even if it's not that much. They claim to be so very busy. Definitely NOT all the time but if you are a business owner they will accommodate you with no problem. Biased for sure. If you bring in a few thousand in cash they'll take the time to count it!

They have also added fees to make more money. Of course. You just have to find ways to avoid them, which there are. 

I would recommend U.S. bank if you can avoid the monthly fee.

The people at this branch do in fact know what they are doing. I had an issue with my deposit that was made at another branch. Not only would the branch that it was made at (Eastern & St. Rose) not fix it, my own branch manager was unable to as well. One call to Karina and my issue was resolved. Thank you!

In my opinion, people at this branch do not know what they are doing.  I would suggest you use any other US Bank branch in Las Vegas.  This will certainly be my last choice.
