I probably wouldn't rate 5 stars if I had gone to any other location. I was in line and wanted to open a new account (first account too) and an agent asked what my visit was for today, I told him, he went inside and had an amazing agent named Samarro Jones help me out. Man what a wonderful experience. I really enjoyed the laidback nature of how we opened my new checking account. It's people like Samarro that work here that make me confident in choosing Wells Fargo. My go to location now. It's small and it's inside an Albertsons, but the staff is chill as heck!

I have been banking with Wells Fargo for years and not ever experienced what I did at this branch. The branch manager Courtney and another teller named Amanda we're helping me with a large transaction. I wanted to double count my $ before handing it over to the bank for the sake of accuracy. I told them I had a large deposit to make and asked whether I could please sit down to count it. They stated at first that I couldn't but could instead stand up and count at a teller's window. I asked "How come? No one is currently seated or being assisted at that part of the bank." They made an "exception" and said in the event someone who wanted to open an account decided to sit down, I had to get up. I felt like I was being told I had to sit at the back of the bus. This was merely the first off-putting experience I had. After counting the $, I went to the bank teller window. The lady was counting it by hand. I asked for it to be put through the cash counter to guarantee accuracy & to save time, as well, as I had somewhere important to be. I was told that it wasn't working, which I found odd. This is a Wells Fargo. A cash counter is $50-100 at most to purchase. They didn't have a backup somewhere? A few minutes later, I see another bank teller using it with no issues, at all. I questioned the teller helping me and she said she thought it wasn't working, but must have been wrong. I again asked nicely for her to use it. She said it was for bank use only AND up to their discretion which made absolutely no sense. I am a customer depositing a large amount of $ into an account with your bank. Isn't that considered bank use? I again told her I was running short on time. She then asked me a very personal question in a snarky manner. Well, then how come you haven't been making your deposits lately? Point blank, that is not any of your business. Approximately, 30 minutes later she was done counting my funds, and I was told that they were $80 short. I exclaimed that was not all right and it needed to be recounted. Another lady came up, she explained the situation to her and she began reassessing the funds in a very tense manner. Again, I asked how come the counter could not be used. She stated it was not for clients, but bank use -- VERY RUDELY. This was after I saw them counting clients $ right in front of me! I asked to speak to the manager. She said she was the branch manager then looked at the teller with a grin on her face. She proceeded to look back and forth at the other teller as though they were fed up with their duties, and I was causing them unnecessary distress. At the end of counting my $, she exclaimed, "It's a good thing we recounted it because you are $100 short of what you stated on the form, not $80." I said I checked my funds three times in a row and knew how much was there. Even in the event I was wrong, to have someone from your bank be off by $20 is not acceptable. At this point, I told them I wanted my funds back and was going elsewhere. I also told them that they were extremely rude and unprofessional. THIS WAS BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT ANY BANKING BRANCH! These employees Amanda and Courtney should not be working in this industry. I have no idea how they currently still have their job!! I felt like I was being teamed up against by snobby, disrespectful juveniles. It was as though they were saying, "We have the authority to treat you anyway we want to." I rarely leave negative feedback about any business, but this was beyond awful and something needs to be done to fix this issue! Wells Fargo Bank has been a wonderful place to bank at before this happened. Now I have mixed feelings.
