Atrocious customer service, do not take time to listen and comprehend your request nor do they value customers. Made no effort to appease the horrible mood I was in due to a terrible experience with customer service on the phone and cared not for my decision to take my banking elsewhere do to their mistakes nor did they try to resolve. There’s a Wells Fargo down the street, head there and do it fast

I don't know if it's their corporate/customer service culture or what; their service sucks at this branch! They have a mix between incompetent yuppies and thugs in charge of helping clients. I will be trying out the downtown branch since this one was a real let-down!

I needed a notary done on a police report and the guy would not do it and didn't even ask if I was an account holder. He told me I could go to FedEx and get it done. It's a freaking police report! Why do I even have an account with chase anyway? I'm done. Closing account and going to Wells Fargo!

By Far the worst bank we have ever used. If you want your deposits available on the Date Available Day: USE ANOTHER BANK!!!! Deplorable customer service!!!! Never Again!!! Was extremely rude. Will be closing my account & blasting this terrible Bank on Every Media Possible!!!!!
