Unbelievable. Drove all the way out there because notary in that branch told me he can notarize my signature on a document. And I was pressed on time, I urgently needed to submit the documents today (that's why I called to find out if they can).
When I got there he refused to do so because "he didn't feel comfortable". And we had a translator sitting there explaining every word in that document. Extremely disappointing. 
They happily take your money, but when you need service they can't help you.
Would rather have my money taken care of by another bank.

I was there today and this female teller told me OFF!!! She refused my deposit my check into my daughter's account. All I said was, " Do they allow you to wear short shorts and a workout top to work here, cause you look like your working out or going to a beach". She got pissed.... She said, "I don't have to take that from a non-Wells Fargo member". I had to move to next teller and do the deposit. That is why I bank somewhere else. More to this story   .

Rude teller told me she wouldn’t touch my check because it was dated for the next day. She was very rude and dismissive. I walked out and deposited the whole amount to my checking via the ATM. She didn’t need to be rude. She didn’t even know what she was talking about.

Would just like to thank, teller, Scarlett for helping me with my transaction today. Earlier I went to 
Bank of America right across the street to change bills and was denied because I didn't bank with them. I only went there since I had to run to Publix and they are in the same plaza. I never heard of such a thing and have received better service changing bills at a grocery store. So thanks again Scarlett. Good to know some banks still act as such.
