Wells Fargo once again is showing their disdain for those ppl trusting enough to give them their business. I can't tell you how many times this has happened . I pay a bill . Money comes out then an hour or so later money is back . I'm panicking thinking my bill isn't paid something went wrong . Nope my bill confirms the money is there . What's happened ? They are hoping you miss it and think you have more ,then you bounce your account and they get paid . I called wells Fargo they said my bill did it . Liers . The only time in my life this has happened has been with wells Fargo. Any other bank the money goes out and stays out . No bill collector in their right mind puts your funds back for no reason.  I'm leaving and considering the hassle of what it takes to leave and get a new bank this is saying something . Why give your money to people who are openly and actively trying to steal from you ? What was the last news story ? Employees opening fake accounts that customers didn't ask for ? Think I just saw this story on the news as well . Do not bank with them .

Every time I am at this location, everyone is very friendly and helpful. They answer all my questions and ensure all my needs are met. The last time I was there, it was raining very hard and I was waiting inside for my uber ride. One of the gentlemen who works at Wells Fargo offered to walk me to the car with his umbrella so I wouldn't get so drenched. This is just one example of how the employees will go above and beyond to make their customers as happy and satisfied as possible. Customers are definitely their top priority here.

I always have a great experience with Wells Fargo employees. They always fixed any issues that have occurred! So thank you to the entire staff !

Adriana was very nice and helpful. I happened to go in the branch just to cash a check. She pointed out to me good business programs that they have. It was a big advantage over Bank of America.  I switched over both my business and personal accounts. I was a good move.

The slowest, most insipid personnel work here. Teller manager on duty, Amber Schaumburg is the best example of lack of person to person social graces and lack of listening skills as she interrupts, tries to talk over you and repeats "this isn't a secured line". Why would a financial  institution have a non-secured line? Things this branch does well...ignore customers, leave their teller station when line begins forming, not making eye contact if they don't wish to take another customer (serviced 2 to another teller's 1), inadequately staffed for providing mediocre service at best for time with relationship bankers. More customers get fed up and leave after a 30-60 minute wait. Why are there 4 or more cubicles for only one or 2 people?  I actually stuck my head in manager's office one day to ask if he cared that lines were forming and why can't he come out and offer assistance to people pacing as the waiting area was full?  No one should be on their cell phones while they are getting paid to work!

Called CS, 800 and totally worthless and in a hurry.  Told me she would have to end call in 1 minute!  Asked for supervisor Tomeka, (as everyone else claimed info I needed  was nonexistent). She provided the info needed and I was able to conclude my business 45 minutes later.
