I had a terrible experice waiting for past 20 mins to do some transactions after the counter lady told me before hand to sit in the waiting area until an employee would come to me. Then there were three employees that just sat in their cubicles and didn't offer any help to me at all for the rest of the duration of time I was there especially when I was the only customer awaiting to be helped. Then, after past 20 mins I decided to leave while feeling offended about the bad service. As I stood up and about to leave, one of the employees from the cubicles saw me and decided to finally help me. Nevertheless, it was still a really bad service.

Not joking one of the fastest banks I’ve ever gone to! I saw the size of the line when I entered and nearly left but had to make a transaction that day. I was in line no more than a couple of minutes and was up to the front talking with the teller in no time flat! AWESOME speed and customer service!

This bank has shady bankers working for them. They will tell you everything you want to hear just to make sure you open a account with them. The banker told me 3 years ago when if I opened a business account I would also get a free checking account and also I would be able to get free cashier checks when needed. But now I am being charges $8 bucks for each check. When I tell the tellers at other banks they tell me nothing like that exists and that the banker told you wrong info. So I would think twice before opening a account at this branch.

notice that the 4 star ratings are from 4 yrs ago since this post. I LOVE Chase banks, theyre everywhere and convinient. I like having my account with this bank. But this branch is the worst. I tried to open a Chase account here but was greeted by someone who was angry to serve me. No smile at all. I was shocked. In the end I went to North Brand to open my account. Never come here unless you are using ATM machine or unless you absolutely have to. This is the closest branch to me but I will make the trip up to North Brand Branch rather than coming here. Sadly I've made too many trips to this branch solely because of proximity and urgency. The service is horrendous, and there's always a line. The tellers treat you like a number and they don't look motivated at all to be there. I'm either greeted by angry looking tellers or tellers who are lackadaisy about my transaction and even handling my money. They never apologize or try to make up for any mistakes. Very unprofessional. The whole atmosphere is just not pleasant to be in. Make the trip to North Brand branch, they are very nice and helpful.

They don't give priority service to their private client. Had to wait for a long time in order to get assistance. You don't feel the benefits of being a private client in this branch.
