This bank is my primary bank, the tellers are always friendly and very helpful. Whenever there has been a long line they find a way to speed up the process. I wish more banks were like this location.

I went there to apply for a Sapphire Preferred card, and the man was very knowledgable about all the ultimate rewards cards and made the whole process very easy. Obviously you should always be careful when signing up for a credit card, but to me it seemed like he was just stating the facts about it and had nothing to gain from trying to suck me into something.
