Great customer care. Very friendly. Greetings at the door. Walking all the way to the counter interested in your life and helping you with everything you need.

Terrible branch, and Wells Fargo in general has been awful for us the last few  years.  This branch promises to have a banker call me about services every time I drive through or come in and has never followed through not once.    Also WF Home loans people there promised to call us about a refi and never did even after calling back and requesting it again.  Today was the straw that broke the camel's back...  Issued stop payment on a check, and was immediately charged a fee for the stop payment, then a WF teller cashed that very check so nothing was stopped.  I called the bank and asked what happened and they said stop payments aren't guaranteed.  They refused to refund all of my stop payment fee even though they did nothing..  I requested the stop payment online even so didn't even take up a bankers time.  I've banked with WF for 15+yrs & never requested a stop payment, not once, and they still refuse to refund the fee.  I'm emptying my accounts and moving on now..
