Used for work and slow service but nice tellers

Wow, didn't expect to feel so receipted as soon as I walked the door. Was greeted immediately, genuine smiles the whole time and just a great vibe while there. The teller wasn't just a teller doing a transaction and some else said have a great evening thanks ! All while simply doing a quick transaction. I've been in customer service as a server for years and they got it ! Its all about the feeling and the vibe the guest experience

The manager was not helpful and did not want to help until I asked for any other phone number. He then informed me call the number on the back of your debit card. He then informed me good luck.

Went to this branch to get checks from my account
I was given checks from someone else's account.
Went in to correct this twice
The tellers laughed, thought it was funny both times.
Not the first time this happened
They have deposited other people's money in my account and mine into other people's account.

They only get the third star because the people were as friendly as can be.  Their process for cashing a check needs to be expedited so that it doesn't take nearly an hour.  I recently cashed my 2nd check here and the processes were the same.  The process: Enter the bank and stand in line.  Arrive at a teller's window who then requests your two forms of I.D. and then gives them back, along with the check, and asks you, very politely, to take a seat and wait for the next available personal banker.  You're at about 15 mins in the bank at this point.  Then you wait, and wait, and... 15 minutes later (30 minutes cumulative) youre next!  You enter the cubicle and provide almost all forms of I.D. short of a blood draw.  10 minutes later (40 cum.) you're ready to cash your check!  Now just go back to the teller's line and wait, and wait, and...  I even asked if I had to wait in line again and the very nice lady said yes (very nicely of course).  15 minutes later (55 cum.) my check is cashed!
