I am here to replace my debit card, (first time here) no greeting, the guy that is "supposed" to be on top of who is next, skipped like 5 people including me. He's explanation to me was that he thought I did not speak English??? His name is Ariel Alonso. I feel discriminated and judged of race, not counting what a bad customer service skills he has. Chase shouldn't hire people like him. More less to say, I will not come to this branch ever again.

Horrible customer service. All desk empty , I was waiting for one lady then a guy skip yhe line front of me after she left to lunch and left me waiting.

Waited for an hour to just get a replacement card. No greeting from the single banker on the floor and ignored for the most part.2 people ahead of me too. And the other representative on the floor just stood there.
