That's the 2nd time I went there and they said they don't have any changes. How is that possible that a big company doesn't have changes for their customers. Leaving soon.

It is just the worst service, a bank for the elite. They will not extend any courtesy, except for the "important", large accounts. Do yourself a favor, stay away from Chase.

REALLY AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY TOLD ME THERE WAS A HOLD ON MY ACCOUNT AND WOULD NOT DEPOSIT MY MONEY. I CALLED THE 1800 NUMBER AND WENT TO ANOTHER BANK...NO SUCH ISSUE. THEY REALLY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS...VERY SAD
