When you have a bank that don't accept cash money it's says everything and just to let you know the bills is good. And the customer service of the manager Marcela terrible you should learn how to talk to customers and not just ignore the customer. My business go to other bank.

Wait times seem to be 10-15 minutes on average and management is fine with this. The only time I have ever gone in and not had a huge line was on election day. You get two stars for being polite while I wait. There is also someone who works in this branch who is loud and very awkward in the way he conducts himself and it is most distracting and annoying while I wait.

WORST BANKING EXPERIENCE EVER! I went to get change for my store and after waiting in line for an hour I got to the teller who REFUSED to give me change! After talking to the manager he was able to help us. Why can't anyone there do the simple job he was able to do? Never going back!

Their atm doesn't always work so I have to go inside but the staff are very nice.
