They always make it a problem to cash a check here. They make you feel like you have stolen the check. Horrible way to invite posible new customers. Take the same check at any other branch and no problem. TO ALL CUSTOMERS!!!! Don't send your clients with one of your checks. They will probably refuse to cash it and you will look awfull. (As if your account has no money).

A very poor organization. STAY AWAY FROM THE MORTGAGE TEAM! the underwriters are extremely incompetent and the sales staff with their managers have complete disregard for customer follow up. Shameful.

After almost 20 years with Citi, searching for my 3rd mortgage, it took an team of incompetent employees nearly 2 months to follow up on a pre-approval letter. Very disappointed with Rick Almeida after a good relationship on prior loans and Aimee Carreno and Ronnir Eith (both of who do not like to return phone calls). Apparently follow up and due diligence with customers is not part of their motto. Bottom-line, they've overpromised and under-deliver, simply judge this branch by their ratings. Fortunately, my mortgage was approved elsewhere and I closed on the house with a better team of professionals. Citibank in Aventura is simply a WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY. I will be boycotting this branch. BEWARE!

Service is fine, but there is always a VERY long line. Tons of parking and they have a drive through.

Be prepare to wait big time.. specially if you need customer assistance !! Long lines, customer service needs improvement.. !!
