A deposit was made into my account from a none Chase customer(as it has done before) the teller ask if the person had made deposits into the account before, the person confirmed this is how all of our transactions are handled. The teller states that she is not sure she can make deposits like this into account and she would be back. After 20 minutes the teller returns and states she can only do this one time. I find it PREPOSTEROUS that if someone is using their, card to deposit money into a account (since they no longer accept cash deposits if you don't have an account with them) why is this a issue. Every other location handles these transactions with out any issues. THIS BRANCH IS DESPICABLE!!! DON'T GO HERE!!

Do not go to this location if you need to speak with a banker. This is the third time I've wasted my entire lunch hour waiting to talk to someone and had to leave before they got to me. And I was only 3rd in line when I walked in, it wasn't very busy.
