Great staff. Great location. Small and very busy. Good ATM. Never out of cash like the other locations. Secluded. Be careful being there off times. Lit well at nights. Close to FL mall.

This place has the worst customer service I've ever had in a bank. I ran into the bank looking to make a withdrawal for my rent payment. When I entered the doors were close although they're were still people inside. Since the outdoor atm only can give $500 I asked the agent if I could please enter to use the big ATM he LIED and said once the doors were locked they couldn't open the doors again. Well 2min later they opened the door for a guest leaving. I asked him again since the door was open if I could please run in to withdraw my money. He replied we're closed. I've had better service at a gas station. Definitely not the customer service you'd expect at a chase bank.

Terrible service. The guy helping me is on his phone the WHOLE time and made late for work because he took forever just to cash a check. He had no problem pulling out his phone and texting RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME. I know where I'll never come again.
