Best interaction I've had with a personal banker at a Wells Fargo. Omar R. The personal banker who assisted me with opening my business account was extremely helpful and professional...I couldn't be more happy with the customer service Ireceived from him and Luis who was helping along with the transaction. People like Omar deserve to be recognized.

Nobody picks up the phone. I actually had to drive to the location in order to ask a question that could have been addressed over the phone. Arriving at the branch, I noticed very few cars in the lot, so - as an experiment - I decided to call again... 3 times, with nobody answering. You already know where this is going, but I am going to finish it up anyway.

Walking into the branch, there were 3 tellers on behind the counter, 2 talking to each other, one helping the two clients in line. There were 3 other employee's in their offices. I waited in line, asked my question, received my answer, and then asked for the manager to detail my experiences to her. Her response? "well, we're very busy." 

On a Tuesday. At 130pm. With nobody else in the branch.

I have no problem banking with Wells Fargo, but this branch is terrible.

One employee was not knowledgeable enough to advise me the right way to apply for a loan.
Later she promised to me to try to remove a hard inquiry from my credit (because of her mistake) what she never did afterwards. 
So disappointed with Wells Fargo. I wish I've  chosen another bank 2 years ago and wouldn't have applied for my credit card with them.

I have been pying to an acct here for 4 yrs. On Saturday, i asked her to cash the check and then post it. I hv nver had a problem.. she comtinued to argue with me. Not happy with facility. Nobody ever picks up  the phone. Need to revamp some of the employees

I had very horrible service in wanting to change my check and the person beeping deposited it without me asking for it to be deposited he has a very bad attitude and he never asked me if I need any thing else he just gave me the reciet he clearly hates hispanics
