THEY WERE AMAZING. Right when I walked in I was attended and I had a very complicated situation and they made it VERY convenient for me and took care of me VERY VERY WELL. I have had chase and been to many different branches but this branch made me a more than satisfied customer! Thank you Vina (assistant manager) for helping me and all the others who helped make it as convenient as possible and were also so nice and made it their priority to go beyond what they needed to just to make me a happy customer!

Erica was the manager when we went and she seems to really care.  The back offices of Chase can be a total pain and they seem very disorganized and to go out of their way to say "NO" to the customer and their branches, but this branch seemed to try and make it work for the customer more than most.

Came here on President's Day, waited in line for 10 minutes for the only ATM just to have it shut down and go out of service, along with the drive thru ATM.  There were at least 10 other people also waiting that were equally miffed.  I went over to the Bank of America ATM by Publix and paid a $3 fee which Chase won't refund.  TD bank by the Loop is much nicer.
