DEPOSITED MONEY IN THE WRONG ACCOUNT!!!

I made two deposits and both were going in the same account. Deriana who was in the drive thru put one in the right account and another in a different account because she had a typo and switched the numbers. So, now our LARGE deposit was held up in someones account  that is not our at all! We had to wait over 24hrs to get access to the money for out business!!!

ALWAYS CHECK YOUR DEPOSIT RECEIPTS - EVERY.SINGLE.ONE!

Two drive through ATMs cuts down on lines, and the ATMs are adjustable for different height vehicles--better than my other nearby branch.

I hate to give this location a bad review since most of my visits here are good, however there is one employee employed here that is so crabby everytime I come in. Some people should not be in customer service.
