Drive thru wait time is ridiculous EVERY time I go there.  A person greets you and then disappears to wait on the inside customers.  Have waited my entire lunch hour sitting at the window just to make a quick deposit.  Also, they put over a two week hold on a check I received.   The issuer of the check confirmed that it had gone through on their end.  They still didn't release the funds to me.  Two week wait for my money????

Not very friendly and my son wanted to open a account and he could not until he attended one of their classes.  He's 17 and has held his own checking account elsewhere since age 15, when he started working. Oh well, we went elsewhere and had the very best customer service. He opened an account, made a deposit and it all set.  Their loss.

I would give less than 1 star if I could.  I have too many negative experiences to list.  Stay away.  Worst financial institution ever!

I love this credit union! The customer service representatives are friendly and knowledgeable. The services they offer are excellent.
